The Society for the Physically Disabled (SPD) is a voluntary welfare organisation formed in 1964 by a group of Rotarians who believed that people with disabilities should be integrated into mainstream society.
We are committed to working in partnership with people with physical disabilities to develop their potential to the fullest so that they can be self-reliant and independent. We work towards building an inclusive society where everyone is a part of it, and not apart from it.
We are serving about 3,000 people with disabilities and their families by providing them with support through the following programmes and services:
