PAPAWs require users to stroke the handrims to activate small, lighter weight motors, which then drive the wheels for brief periods of time (seconds).

Hence, we are very pleased that DSO National Laboratories, Singapore’s national defence research and development organisation, chose to partner SPD for its community project Hack-a-Toy this year.
