- Winners must produce the original winning ticket and identity card to claim the prizes.
- Winners to call 6579 0700 between 9am to 5pm on weekdays excluding public holidays to arrange for prize collection.
- Prizes to be collected at SPD Ability Centre on weekdays excluding public holidays, between 10am to 5pm.
- Prizes not claimed by 19 May 2021 will be donated to SPD.
- SPD reserves the right to substitute, withdraw, add or alter any of the prizes offered. Any decision made by SPD is final.
