It was get-together time as everyone from SPD’s centres all over Singapore gathered at the SPD Ability Centre on 29 April for the annual Organisational Excellence Day.

SPD’s executive director Mr Abhimanyau Pal kicked off the event by sharing SPD’s journey of organisational excellence the past year and the launch of the SPD Service Quality Statement of commitment through professionalism, partnership, compassion and respect. Thereafter, SPD’s six divisions, namely the Adult & Elderly Services Division, Children Services Division, Inclusion Advancement Division, Community Partnerships Division, Corporate Services Division and the Organisational Development Division, presented their key achievements for the past financial year.

Staff were then invited to signify their commitment to the SPD Service Quality Statement before breaking off into teams for games.

SPD’s ongoing push for excellence is well in place, and we look forward to achieving even greater heights in the years to come.
