The first Enabling Services Hub, ESH@Tampines, is set up by SG Enable in partnership with SPD. The aim of ESH@Tampines is to develop a stronger ecosystem of support for persons with disabilities in the Tampines or Bedok town community through its befriending services, social recreational services, and courses for persons with disabilities.
Through collaborations with community partners such as People’s Association, SG Cares Volunteer Centre@Tampines, Caring SG, schools and libraries, persons with disabilities and the community can participate in activities together and nurture a more inclusive culture within the neighbourhood.
There are also respite care options for caregivers, including a drop-in care option to support persons with disabilities, particularly adult persons with disabilities with care needs who are not enrolled in any disability services.

Admission criteria
- Persons with disabilities between 19 to 60 years old
- Residents of Tampines or Bedok town
- Currently not enrolled in any disability programmes or services
