In this workshop by Ms Karen Bloomberg and Hilary Johnson, speech pathologists specialising in augmentative and alternative communication for over 25 years, the participants will be introduced to assessment tools and intervention strategies for individuals who have communication difficulties.

Participants will be equipped with a set of tools and strategies which they can use when working with unintentional, early intentional and intentional communicators.

Therapists, teachers, training officers working in the VWO sector are encouraged to attend.
