Reinventing Community Based Geriatric Rehabilitation Symposium

Jointly organised by SPD and Ang Mo Kio Community Hospital, the symposium aims to increase awareness on the best practices in geriatric care and understanding of trends and services, advocate for continual improvement in the sector and offer a platform for the sharing of knowledge and resources. It will be attended by representatives from community hospitals, community rehabilitation providers and caregivers.
