Our annual flagship event that champions inclusion is back – and this year, SPD is proud to commemorate a decade of the SPD Ability Walk!
Come join us as we celebrate this milestone along with Singapore’s 60th birthday and bring together individuals of all abilities in support of the disability community!
This Year’s Edition: Walk, Hunt & Celebrate!
Embark on a Singapore-themed scavenger hunt taking place around the Singapore River where you can explore iconic landmarks connected to our nation’s history and locate checkpoints to complete activities, both on-site and virtually, with just your mobile phone.
- Date: Saturday, 13 September 2025
- Time: 8am – 12pm (Scavenger Hunt starts at 8.30am)
- Location: Asian Civilisations Museum & Singapore River precinct
- Guest-of-Honour: Mr Eric Chua, Senior Parliamentary Secretary, Ministry of Law & Ministry of Social and Family Development

- Explore iconic Singapore landmarks in a Singapore-themed scavenger hunt

Each registered participant will receive an SPD Ability Walk 2025 T-shirt and a goodie bag.

- Time: 10.00am to 6.00pm (Saturday) / 10.00am to 3.00pm (Sunday)

* Collection of the finisher’s entitlement(s) is strictly between 9am and 11am at the event ground. Hence, please plan your route to ensure sufficient time for collection.

Important points to note:
- Registration will be confirmed via an e-mail sent by SPD to the registrant only upon receipt of payment. In the event that you do not receive any e-mail confirmation, kindly contact us at 6579 0701 or e-mail events@spd.org.sg to enquire.
- The closing date for registration is 10 September 2025, or when the Event reaches its targeted capacity, whichever comes earlier.
- Registration fees are non-refundable.
Join the 60,000km Virtual Challenge! (Free Participation)
In the lead-up to the event, you can also participate in the complimentary 60,000km Virtual Challenge. From 1 to 31 August, challenge yourself to walk and run anytime and anywhere and help SPD to raise funds for persons with disabilities by starting a campaign, in the spirit of the SG60 theme “Building our Singapore Together”. Every effort counts!
