SPD will be acquiring a new van for transportation of people with physical disabilities in a ceremony on 8 March 2005, followed by a tea reception.

The ceremony holds much significance, as the vehicle is made possible through the proceeds of the sales of a capella group Vocaluptuous’ Christmas Carols album. More than 6,000 albums were sold in December 2003 to raise $74,000 for the van. Rotary Club of Singapore West partnered with them in this laudable fundraising effort.
