Hairstyling Workshop conducted for a group of 20 ICOS and Techwerkz trainees

To gear the trainees from the IAC Certificate in Office Skills (ICOS) and Techwerkz programmes for job placement, executive creative director of Lush Hair Creations , Ms Janet Tui, conducted a hairstyling workshop to offer them tips to help them build a more professional image. She even set up shop with tools of her trade in tow and gave every trainee a mini make-over.

“Having an appropriately-styled or cut hair can really help boost a person’s confidence. I am very happy to share my experience with the trainees, and show them how easy it is to style their hair,” said Ms Tui who has over two decades of hairstyling experience.

At the end of the two-hour workshop, nearly 20 trainees walked out of the room spotting a smarter coiffure.

“I’ve learnt how to style my hair and what products to use for my hair. It will be useful for me next time when I’m working,” said Ong Zu Yao.
