Responsibilities
- Handle all centralised purchases for the organisation
- Handle all print management administration
- Handle all pandemic and first aid stock management
- Handle contracts including insurance, phone lines, utilities, etc
- Provide support and covering reception operation (Phone calls, billing and collection, etc)
- Provide administrative support for the department and Fire Safety Committee
- Provide support for projects including renovation, cyclical maintenance, etc
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the department head
Requirement
- At least 3 years of working experience.
- Proactive, meticulous, possess good communication and interpersonal skills, and a good team player.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of ERP (Microsoft Dynamics NAV) will be an advantage.
