A) JOB SCOPE
You will assist to provide the administrative support to the HR team and report to Manager, Human Resource Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in all human resource functions and administrative matters of the company.
- Partner with key HR Contact of Services Division to deliver Human Resource services.
- Maintain and ensure proper documentation of employee records and update HRIS accurately and promptly.
- Support employee’s confirmation, contract renewal, transfers, re-employment, any other appointment related matters, including maintaining the employee record and documentation.
- Support the renewal / cancellation of foreign employee’s work / employment passes.
- Involve and support in HR/staff welfare activities.
- Assist in HR projects and any other tasks as assigned.
B) JOB HOLDER REQUIREMENT
- Diploma in Business (preferably with Human Resources) with at least 2 years of relevant HR or Admin support experience.
- Good knowledge of Employment Act and other employment related legislations will be an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Sharepoint, MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint, etc.
- Experience in HR information system, preferably familiar with HRiQ from iQDynamics.
- Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical, meticulous, resourceful and a team player.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
