Rehab Services provides essential services for individuals seeking physical or cognitive rehabilitation. These services cater to various needs, such as post-surgery recovery, stroke rehabilitation, deconditioning, pain management, and enhancing daily living skills. Clients include those with neurological, orthopaedic, medical, and surgical conditions as well as congenital disabilities. Additionally, we offer specialised services such as Cognitive Rehabilitation, Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) Rehabilitation where rehabilitation is tailored according to their medical conditions, as well as Transition to Employment (TTE), a community-based return-to-work programme to re-integrate people with acquired physical disabilities back to mainstream workforce. The Social Worker/Case Management Officer works together with the multi-disciplinary team consisting of therapists and employment support specialists to provide intensive intervention support such as active rehabilitation, work hardening training as well as employment placement and psychosocial support.
