Mr John Ng Pangilinan is the founder of Signum Capital Pte Ltd, a personal investment holding company founded in 2017, which specialises in investments into blockchain startups. He currently runs multiple MAS regulated funds under Signum Capital VCC, with the most recent, a partnership with UOB Ventures. Mr Ng Pangilinan holds advisor roles in Kyber Network and Ren Protocol, Sentinel Protocol, Sparrow Exchange, Oasis Labs, and is a founding member of the Aelf Innovation Alliance.
Mr Ng Pangilinan started his education in Mechatronics and later switched to a degree in business, with his first job as a banker with Standard Chartered Bank. After leaving the bank, Mr Ng Pangilinan started various companies at the age of 23. They range from events and exhibitions, to tourism-related ventures such as the creation of Makan Bus, Singapore’s first hop on and off food tour. His passion in venturing into businesses is fueled by the success in growing a business and its staff.
