Mr Tang Liheng joined Enterprise Singapore in 2025 to help Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises with their feedback and suggestions on Government regulations. He was previously in the Ministry of Defence improving service delivery to citizens and employees of the organisation. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he was part of a team in the Ministry of Health developing Safe Management Measures. He was also in the Public Service Division supporting the transformation of the Public Service to better serve citizens and businesses. Prior to that, he was in the Ministry of National Development where he co-ordinated strategies and development plans of the Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city project.
Mr Tang graduated from the University of Michigan in 2007 with a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. In 2008, he obtained a master’s degree in Management Science & Engineering from Stanford University. In 2020, he also obtained a master’s degree in Technology Management from Columbia University.
