Mr Yeo Teck Guan is the Group Chief Technology Officer of Certis, where he leads the company’s next phase of digital transformation, strengthening its capabilities in artificial intelligence, robotics and systems orchestration. He joined the integrated operations and security solutions firm in November 2025.
Before joining Certis, Mr Yeo spent over a decade with Singapore Pools, where he spearheaded its information technology initiatives and strengthened the organisation’s digital acumen. Under his leadership, the company collaborated with industry leaders to explore and implement disruptive technologies through proof-of-concept projects.
Since 2016, Mr Yeo has led major enterprise projects such as iShineCloud, Data Lake/Data Hub, eKYC (online registration platform), Web and mobile online applications, Single Customer View System, among others.
Beyond his corporate role, Mr Yeo contributes actively to the community as a member of SPD’s Board of Management and chairman of its Resource Mobilisation and Partnerships Committee. He also lends his expertise to several non-profit and professional bodies such as the Singapore Computer Society, Information Technology Management Association and NVPC Digital Innovation Committee.
In recognition of his leadership in the IT field, Mr Yeo was named a Top CIO 100 Honoree by CIO Asia Magazine in 2005 – 2007, 2010 and 2012.
