A business leader in the hospitality, lodging, tourism and MICE industry, Mrs Diana Ee-Tan brings with her strategic, commercial and governance experience. She is a director of Constellar Holdings Pte Ltd and Far East Orchard Ltd listed on the Singapore Exchange. She serves on the Audit & Risk and Remuneration Committees of Far East Orchard.
Formerly President of Raffles Hotels & Resorts, Mrs Ee-Tan held responsibilities for the brand’s growth strategy and for the operating and financial performance of its hotel and resorts portfolio in multi-cultural environments spanning South East Asia, China, the United States, Middle East, and Europe. She was a Board Member of Sentosa Development Corporation, Singapore Tourism Board and Chairman of Mt Faber Leisure Group.
Until early 2025, Mrs Ee-Tan was Vice-Chairman of SHATEC Institutes Pte Ltd (Singapore Hotel Training & Educational Centre) the educational arm of the Singapore Hotel Association where she was instrumental in the development of its Industry Mentorship Programme aimed at nurturing and developing students and was a member of SHATEC’s Academic and Exams Council and Scholarship Panel.
Mrs Ee-Tan is presently also a Member of Singapore Standards Council and Co-Chairman of the Singapore Services Standards Committee, by Enterprise Singapore. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the National University of Singapore.
