Ms Han is the Deputy Director of Fiscal Policy in the Ministry of Finance (MOF). Her responsibilities include fiscal management, public sector financing, and managing the Public Sector’s growth and efficiency.
Ms Han is a civil servant with over a decade of experience. She has served in positions across the technology, security, social, and economic domains. Prior to joining the MOF, Charmaine was in the Cybersecurity Agency of Singapore, the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth, as well as in the Ministry of Trade and Industry. Ms Han was also a negotiator for Singapore’s Free Trade Agreements and has represented Singapore in the World Trade Organisation and United Nations.
Ms Han is legally trained, with an LL.B (Highest Honours) from King’s College London and an LL.M (Distinction) from Harvard Law School.
