Lip Chin joined SPD in March 2026 as Deputy Director of Sector Enabler, and Chief Allied Health Officer. With over 18 years of experience in strategic planning, service development, and workforce capability building, she has dedicated her career to advancing access, quality, and innovation in clinical care.
Lip Chin has experience in leading rehabilitation services, driving strategic initiatives and strengthening partnerships with government agencies. She also brings experience in sector-wide planning, including analysing trends, identifying service gaps, and developing strategies to support community care providers in delivering impactful therapeutic and recreational programmes for seniors.
In recognition of her contributions to the social service sector, Lip Chin was conferred the inaugural NCSS Social Service Professional Award – Excellence Award in 2025.
