Mr Charlton Ong is Vice President, People & Culture and Singapore, and accountable for human capital development for Group Enterprise, the enterprise arm of Singtel Group. Concurrently, he is the country HR lead for Singapore since 2012.

Ms Ong is a member of SPD’s Board of Management since 2016. She is presently the Dean and CEO of Singapore’s Civil Service College, and concurrently Deputy Secretary (Development) in the Public Service Division of the Prime Minister’s Office.
Mr Low Wong Fook

Mr Low is a member of SPD’s Board of Management since 2005. He is also the appointed Executive Council Member of the Academy of Chinese Medicine, Singapore (ACMS) by the Ministry of Health. Previously, he served as a board member at the Jurong Health Services Pte Ltd for a period of six years.
Mr Lim Khia Tat
Member, Human Resource and Remuneration Committee
With more than 20 years of corporate and regional human resource management experience across Asia, Mr Lim Khia Tat has had a successful track record in change management and implementation for organisational transformation for local listed and MNC companies. His previous appointments included Vice President of Human Resources Singapore and SEA at Sembcorp Industries Ltd and Head of Human Resource at the Alzheimer’s Disease Association where the professional welfare and development of its staff, including a sizable pool of dementia care professionals and staff at its day care centres, came under his purview.
Ms Poh Hwee Hian
Member, Social Enterprise Pro-tem Committee | Member, HR & Remuneration Committee
Ms Poh is a member of SPD’s Board of Management since 2004. She is presently the Managing Director at De’Longhi Group, and has been an active volunteer for more than 20 years. Ms Poh is a volunteer Aftercare Officer with the Singapore Aftercare Association since 2004, befriending and helping ex-offenders re-integrate back into society.
