Ms Joyce Wong
Director, Centralised Services
Joyce joined SPD in 2005 and is currently the Director for Resource & Impact, as well as Centralised Services. She is crucial to these roles, providing the motivation and direction for the growth of the organisation's programmes and services.
Prior to taking on her present position, Joyce oversaw other SPD programs in the areas of advocacy, children services, adults and the elderly services.

Ms Becky Hoo
Director, Children Services
Becky Hoo joined SPD in September 2015, and as Director of Children Services, she provides leadership and directions to the division, and also oversees the operation of the Early Intervention Programmes for Children and Infants (EIPIC), Development Support and Learning Support (DSLS) and Continuing Therapy Programmes (CTP) at four centres. She leads her team in initiatives to enhance service quality, as well as actively promote caregiver and community engagement to support children with developmental needs.
Ms Katherine Sng
Director, Community Partnerships
A long-serving staff in SPD, Katherine joined the organisation in 1999 in a fundraising role. She was appointed Deputy Director of Community Partnerships in July 2018, where she now heads the fundraising as well as communications and outreach functions for SPD.
Ms Tay Soong Kiang
Director, Corporate Services
Soong Kiang joined SPD in November 2015 as Director of Corporate Services where she oversees finance, procurement, information technology (IT), facilities and administration as well as the management of schemes and grants. She plays an instrumental role in strengthening the financial governance in SPD, leading the renovation projects to optimise space to serve the clients, and the digital transformation at SPD to automate and streamline processes.
Ms Esther Chong
Director, Organisational Development
Esther joined SPD in January 2020 as Director overseeing organisational development as well as the human resource and volunteer management functions in SPD.
Ms Teo Pek Wan
Director, Adult and Elderly Services
Pek Wan joined SPD in July 2016 to serve out a bond under the Lien Foundation Scholarship for Social Service Leaders, and where she initially helmed advocacy and social work. She was later appointed Director for Adult and Elderly Services in January 2020, having held leadership role in the division since 2019. Pek Wan oversees the training and employment service continuum, rehabilitation services as well as case management and caregiver support.
