Mr Ngan is a member of SPD’s Board of Management since 2010 and is served as its President from 2020 to 2022. After stepping down as President in September 2022, Mr Ngan was appointed as Chairman, Social Enterprise Pro-tem Committee.

Ms Poh is a member of SPD’s Board of Management since 2004. She is presently the Managing Director at De’Longhi Group, and has been an active volunteer for more than 20 years. Ms Poh is a volunteer Aftercare Officer with the Singapore Aftercare Association since 2004, befriending and helping ex-offenders re-integrate back into society.

Mr Ang works with clients from a wide array of sectors, ranging from telcos, to airlines, hospitals and banks, and has a multi-faceted set of skills, ranging from user experience, technology, and project management, and running multi-regional development teams delivering multi-platform products.

Mr Toh is a highly motivated finance professional with extensive experience in leading and managing the finance function by being a strategic partner with the businesses in the region. He has more than 20 years of regional experience with a history of working effectively in cross-functional/matrix environment, focussing on growth strategies, high performing teams and becoming a valued business partner.
