Ms Tan Bee Yee graduated with a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Physiotherapy from King’s College, University of London, UK in 1994. She obtained a Master of Health Service Management from Flinders University, South Australia in 2005.

She was a senior principal physiotherapist with the Singapore General Hospital prior to her appointment as head of department in 2009. Ms Tan joined the then new SingHealth Community Hospitals in 2017 to lead the Allied Health services where she was responsible for setting up and managing the Rehabilitation, Pharmacy, Dietetic and Medical Social Services for Bright Vision Hospital, Sengkang and Outram Community Hospitals.

Ms Tan is currently Deputy Group Director, Allied Health (Academic and Professional Development) at SingHealth and concurrently Director, Allied Health, SingHealth Community Hospitals. She also sits on various SingHealth and Ministry of Health’s committees/workgroups and serves as member on the Allied Health Professions Council.
