Mr Zhang is the Director of Energy & Climate Policy at the Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment. Prior to this, he was the Director of Strategy at the National Research Foundation, where he drove the formulation of research, innovation and enterprise (RIE) strategies to meet Singapore’s economic and societal needs. Weijie has served in various roles in the public service, including the People’s Association, where he helped to strengthen trust between the people and the government, and the Ministry of Education, where he reviewed policies on school posting.

Mrs Diana Ee-Tan is Chairperson of Mount Faber Leisure Group Pte Ltd and an independent director of Far East Orchard Ltd, a listed company.

Ms Chia was a member of SPD’s Board of Management from 2004 and served as its President between 2008 and 2020. After stepping down as President in September 2020, Ms Chia was appointed to SPD’s Board Advisory Panel where she continues to give guidance and support SPD.

Mr Lim is a Senior Lecturer with the Health and Social Sciences Cluster at Singapore Institute of Technology. He trained as an Occupational Therapist and practised at the Mount Elizabeth Hospital and Tan Tock Seng Hospital. He went on to become an educator, dedicated to grooming and mentoring Singapore’s future generation of occupational therapists at Nanyang Polytechnic and now the Singapore Institute of Technology.

Dr Ng is a member of SPD’s Board of Management since 2013. He is currently the Senior Consultant of the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine at SGH and the Adjunct Associate Professor at Duke-NUS Graduate Medical School.

Mr Tan Yuh Woei is Vice-President for Southeast Asia at Mandiant, where he leads the firm’s efforts to expand and protect the region’s organisations from cyber threats.

Mr Ong has more than 15 years of experience across various fields like private banking, private equity and investment banking in institutions like DBS Bank, OCBC Bank, Oppenheimer Investments and Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services. At Oppenheimer Investments, Mr Ong was the head of Asia for 5 years and he was instrumental in starting and growing the business for the group in Asia. He has successfully closed M&A and Project Finance deals in excess of US500mn across various industries like infrastructure, consumer goods and real estate.

Mr Philip Chan has over 20 years of experience as a businessman in property related industry and is concurrently the Managing Director of Wen Way Investments Pte Ltd (“Wen Way”), C&H Properties Pte Ltd (“C&H”), Mutual Benefits Realty Pte Ltd (“MBR”) and China Link Pte Ltd (China Link). Mr Chan co-founded property investment company, Wen Way, together with Amer International, a Fortune 500 Company in 2012. and assumed the role of C&H Group’s CEO after Wen Way acquired 80% shares of the Group in 2013.

Mr Tang Liheng joined the Ministry of Defence in 2021 to improve service delivery to citizens and employees. He was previously in the Ministry of Health developing policies related to COVID-19. He was in the Public Service Division where he supported the transformation of the Public Service to better serve citizens and businesses. He was also in the Ministry of National Development where he coordinated strategies and development plans of the Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city project.
