SPD Contact Centre
Overview
The SPD Contact Centre was set up in 2022 to create meaningful employment and training opportunities for persons with disabilities. We offer a supportive and inclusive work environment where individuals work alongside industry professionals and receive guidance from experienced contact centre veterans through ongoing coaching and supervision. The trainees will learn to manage phone calls and provide e-mail support using the latest customer engagement tools and technology.
