Supported Employment Programme
Overview
The Supported Employment Programme supports persons with disabilities who may require a longer training runway to prepare for and sustain open employment.
Adopting a pan-disability model, we develop workplace enclaves in sectors such as hospitality and F&B, where individuals receive on-the-job training as a team in real work settings. These experiences allow them to contribute meaningfully while building the skills and confidence needed for long-term employment.
We work closely with employers, allied health professionals, and experienced on-site supervisors to deliver structured training and support – ensuring a smooth and successful transition into the open workforce.
