Objective
Develops housekeeping competencies, resilience, and workplace behaviours required for hotel room attendant and related roles.
Content
Phase 1: EET, BMT, Applied Customer Service Excellence.
Phase 2: 10-day hospitality training in bed making, linen handling, towel folding, room/bathroom cleaning, amenities replenishment, trolley management.
Phase 3: Supervised hotel or training-centre simulation covering full housekeeping routines and productivity standards.
Requirements
– Singapore Citizen or Permanent Residents
– 16 years old and above and a certified person with disabilities
– Proof of fitness for work
– Basic English literacy
– Physically able to perform manual tasks
– Able to perform manual tasks repeatedly
– Interested and motivated to work in hospitality industry

Duration: 10 weeks
Training venue: Enabling Village, hotel training and simulation sites
