Travel Buddy
Early Intervention for Infants & Children (EIPIC)
  • To accompany a child from the childcare centre to our EIPIC centre and back, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the journey

  • Weekdays
  • Timings are based on the child's school schedule. Volunteering hours can range up to 4 hours
  • Able to commit for at least 3 months
  • At least 18 years old and above

  • Experienced with managing children
  • Training and orientation will be provided
Enabling Services Hub @ Tampines

Activity Facilitator
(suitable for individual/ small group)
  • Support social activities for persons with disabilities (PwDs) and caregivers
  • Provide companionship, encourage participation, and promote inclusion
  • Engage beneficiaries in programmes like arts & crafts, karaoke, and workshops
  • Assist with setting up and packing up activity spaces
Tampines West Community CC

  • Frequency: Weekdays during office hours
  • Duration: 1.5 to 4 hours per session, depending on the programme
  • Commitment: At least 1 duty per month
  • Willing to travel to our sites (Tampines or Bedok)
  • Able to engage and befriend PwDs, taking initiative to build rapport and start conversations
  • Patient, empathetic, and proactive in supporting staff and clients during activities
  • Assist with logistical support, including setting up and packing down activity spaces

Sports Facilitator
  • Facilitation of Social Activities with Persons with Disabilities & their Caregivers
  • Engage and befriend beneficiaries in sports programmes (i.e., Boccia, basketball, bowling)

      Assist Early Intervention (EI) teachers in class for children with special needs
      Roles Include:
    • Prepare logistics, set up, and clean up.
    • Facilitate sessions or assist as table facilitators
    • Create teaching materials
    • Lead parts of lessons (e.g., reading programmes)

    • Once/Twice/Thrice weekly
    • Able to commit for 3 months
    • Weekdays only
    • Must be 18 years old and above
    • Enjoys interacting with young children and is comfortable engaging with them
    • Volunteers are required to undergo ECDA / MSF screening

    • Required to visit clients at least once per month through home visits, phone calls, or online check-ins
    • Able to commit for 1 year

    • Able to converse in English and mother tongue, preferably some dialects
    • To build a supportive relationship, offering emotional support, and engaging in activities that promote social interaction and well-being for the clients

    "DAC Without Walls (DWW)"
    • DWW seeks to integrate our clients into the community through exposure and socialising in various community settings
    • We are looking for volunteers to engage them in leisure, recreational and sports actvities with our community partners.
    Clementi/ Harbourfront/ Tiong Bahru
    • Tuesdays and/or Thursdays
    • Between 7:30am to 2:30pm
    • Able to commit to a minimum of 3 months
    • At least 21 years old and above
    • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients
    • Comfortable to assist clients on wheelchair and work alongside SPD staff
