Customer Service / Contact Centre

Objective

Develops essential employability, customer-handling, and introductory contact centre skills for trainees exploring contact centre roles.

Content

  • Resume & interview preparation, EET, BMT.
  • Applied Customer Service Excellence, 
  • Introduction to contact centre work, service standards, customer engagement, and basic call handling through guided learning, practice, and role-play.

Requirements

– Singapore Citizen or Permanent Residents
– 16 years old and above and a certified person with disabilities
– Proof of fitness for work
– Able to communicate verbally and in writing
– Basic IT skills and can type at least 20 words per minute
– Open to learning and trying new experiences

Duration: 4 weeks
