Objective

Strengthens advanced call handling, service excellence, and admin support skills for more complex contact centre work.

Content

  • Contact Centre Level 2.
  • Admin skills, higher-level work simulation, challenging customer interactions, job shadowing, independent operations and coaching
  • Final readiness assessment

Requirements

– Singapore Citizen or Permanent Residents
– 16 years old and above and a certified person with disabilities
– Proof of fitness for work
– Able to communicate verbally and in writing
– Basic IT skills and can type at least 20 words per minute
– Open to learning and trying new experiences

Duration: 8 weeks
