Objective
Develops employability skills, F&B competencies, and real workplace experience for entry-level food service roles.
Content
Phase 1: EET, BMT, Applied Customer Service Excellence.
Phase 2: 5-day F&B training in food preparation, hygiene & safety, cashiering, cleaning, stock-taking.
Phase 3: Supervised canteen/café work simulation covering food prep, order taking, customer service, cashiering, cleaning, inventory control.
Requirements
– Singapore Citizen or Permanent Residents
– 16 years old and above and a certified person with disabilities
– Proof of fitness for work
– Basic English literacy
– Physically able to perform manual tasks
– Able to follow instructions and work in a team environment

Duration: 7 weeks
Training venue: Enabling Village, F&B simulation sites
