Objective
Develops technical competencies, workplace behaviours, and operational readiness for logistics, warehousing, and fulfilment roles.
Content
Phase 1: EET, BMT, Applied Customer Service Excellence.
Phase 2: Simulated warehouse training in receiving, checking, sorting, packing, labelling, scanning, inventory, replenishment, safe handling.
Phase 3: Supervised warehouse simulation covering picking, packing, quality checks, inventory counts, parcel sorting, dispatch prep, organisation.
Requirements
– Singapore Citizen or Permanent Residents
– 16 years old and above and a certified person with disabilities
– Proof of fitness for work
– Basic English literacy
– Physically able to perform manual tasks
– Able to perform manual tasks repeatedly
– Interested and motivated to work in logistics industry

Training venue: Enabling Village, warehouse simulation sites
