View the unseen and untold stories of the struggles and triumphs that give hope and strength for the individuals and their families in the disability community. Feel the quiet moments of determination to the vibrant celebrations of victories through the lenses of 12 photographers who, under the guidance of award-winning photographer Derrick Ong, captured the daily lives of eight families that received support from SPD.
