Established in 1986 by the late Reverend Lee Huai Kwang, All Saints Home is a Social Service Agency and an Institution of a Public Character (UEN: S87SS0068F) that provides intermediate and long-term care services to individuals from all walks of life. We are anchored in our mission to provide quality care, bring joy and comfort, and honour the dignity of residents and clients in a caring Christian environment.

Since our humble beginning as 30-bed nursing home in the ancillary hall of All Saints Memorial Chapel at Poh Huat Road, All Saints Home operates a total of four nursing homes, and three All Saints Silver Lifestyle Clubs, which comprise Senior Care Centres and Active Ageing Centres. Located strategically around Singapore, they provide a safe and conducive environment for individuals to receive quality and dedicated care.

Senior Care Centre (SCC)

• Our All Saints Silver Lifestyle Club (SLC) @ Yishun Central, located within Yishun Polyclinic, is set at an accessible and central location, where our clients will be able to conveniently visit the doctors for a consultation or medical appointment.
• Our SLC provides Maintenance Day Care services, a full day Centre-based programme for clients and for those who require supervision while their caregivers are at work.
• Our SLC also provides Dementia Day Care, a full day Centre-based custodial care for clients with dementia.

Community Rehabilitation

In addition, our SLC also provides physiotherapy or occupational therapy for clients to regain their ability to carry out daily activities and mobility.
