The Employment Support Programme (ESP) is an initiative which helps people with disabilities, including hearing and visual impairments, to secure a job. In addition, the programme provides at least six months of job support as well as close follow-up with employers to ensure that the new employees are able to adapt and cope with the job and working environment.
How you can help
Your donation will help us to increase our outreach to more people with disabilities and to run programmes such as the ESP more efficiently so as to provide our beneficiaries with the care they need.
