It was a bright and sunny day at the Orchid Country Club (OCC) on 30 April where 96 golfers gathered to start off the fourth SPD Charity Golf tournament. Teeing off for the first time at the OCC, the golfers sportingly took up various challenges, such as putting with one hand and testing their precision skills on the green, to help raise funds for people with disabilities. Let’s take a look at the happenings during the event:
“I am glad that the sponsors and golfers were so sporting in accepting each other’s challenge to play their best to help raise funds for people with disabilities. I would like to thank them for believing in our cause and donating generously,” said SPD President Ms Chia Yong Yong.
