These are trying times for our bodies as well as for our hearts and minds, so it is always important to check in with ourselves. Self-care matters a lot in times of difficulty, especially for caregivers and parents where it often slips to the bottom of the list.

With that in mind, let us ask you: how are you doing right now? Take a moment to breathe, to settle, and to be mindful of your thoughts and feelings. Perhaps you are more stressed than you realised?
